1. Fundamental course / Northern Style (Chiang Mai Style Part 1): 30 hours
The attendance students learn the basics of Traditional Thai massage and simple yoga massage stretchings in this course.
- Pray for Dr. Jivaka Komarpaj (father of Thai massage)
- Morning Yoga exercise (Rue-Si Datton)
- The basic knowledge and theory of Thai massage.
- The basic postures and basic pressing and stretching in Thai Yoga massage style.
- Study all “Sen Sib” energy lines in the body of Thai massage.( Drawing on the body of students.)
- Study lie on back poses. (Feet, Legs, Arms massage & Basic Yoga stretchings)
- Study lie on stomach poses. (Feet, Legs, Bottom, Waist and Back massage & Basic Yoga stretchings)
- Study sitting poses. (Head, Neck, Shoulder, Scapular and Back massage & Basic Yoga stretchings)
- Time management and Time measurement
- You become able to massage with Northern style.
